No Job Too Big, Or Too Small ...
Here are some of the common questions we get asked. If you don't find the answer you're looking for, please contact us!
No Job Too Big, Or Too Small?
Too often general contractors are not interested in undertaking small jobs for homeowners. We have a different philosophy. We want to build relationships with our clients...and often that means helping with smaller jobs.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We guarantee all our new work. We are fully licensed and use licensed trades. We are covered under the WSIB compensation board. We carry $2,000,000 liability insurance. We have been in business for 27 years and our main source of new clients is from referrals. Our roof and waterproofing work is guaranteed for 10 years.
I don't see the service I need listed on your site. Who should I call?
Give us a call. With over twenty-five years serving home owners, we have broad experience... if we don't provide a service, we'll know who does.
Price is important to me. How do I know I'm getting a fair quote?
Price is important to everybody...but so is quality and professional service. We wouldn't be in business for more than twenty-five years if we weren't competitive. But we would have failed long ago if we provided cheap or cut-rate services. Remember: there is no free lunch. Make sure you fully understand what's included in a quote so you can make a fair comparison between providers. And watch out for the "low ball" quote where you're are subject to expensive "extras".
Do you have references? Can I talk to your previous clients?
We are happy to provide references once we have had a chance to understand your needs. This way we can ensure you talk to clients whose experience with us will be relevant to your needs. But remember, just like you, our clients are busy people and we respect their privacy so we only provide names and phone numbers after we have met with you and been given the OK by our client.
How long after establishing a contract for a job will the work commence?
We endeavor to provide prompt service. However, each job has unique conditions and often requires different trades, both of which can impact scheduling. Our track record has been that when we start a job, we stay and complete it.
